HOW TO SHOP AND PLACE ORDER
1. Do i need an account to place and order?
An e-mail address, your name and phone is needed to place an order.
We recommend that you register for Vogue Manners account so that you could start adding your favorite pieces to your products to your wishlist and easily place an order.
2. I have forgotten my password, what should i do?
Simply follow "Forgotten Password" link.
3. How to place an order on website?
Simply follow these steps:
Choose a category or designer from navigation menu or search to explore specific style or trend.
Select the size of item and click "Add to Cart". After finishing adding items, proceed to checkout.
5. How can i cancel or make changes to my order?
From the moment you place an order, the product will be quickly prepared for dispatch. Please contact us by phone or write us an e-mail immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add products to an existing order.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
1. Why our prices are so special?
Thanks to good relations with our partners and the fact that you buy products straight from the partner, the prices are not high.
PLEASE NOTE: Placing product in you shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve it at particular price.
2. Which currencies do you accept?
The order will be charged in EUR or GBP currency. The currency that you shop is displayed on the website and at checkout before completing the purchase.
3.Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by bank transfer, payment card or via PayPal.
4. Will my personal data stay safe?
We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to.
PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND AVAILABILITY
1. Are your products authentic?
Products are expertly curated from the partners all items are authentic.
2. Can i reserve an item to buy it later?
We provide a fair opportunity to everyone to shop most-in-demand products, i.e. reservations are unavailable.
Placing an item in your shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve it.
3. How will my order be packaged?
Order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.
Additional branded items (for example dust bags) will be included if provided by partner.
4. Are you going to have my size again?
We always update the assortment of products to extend the offer to the customer.
SHIPPING AND TAXES
1. How much will i be charged for shipping?
To get information about delivery prices, simply follow "Delivery Information" link.
Order delivery to other countries is unique event, i.e. shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of chosen product, in such case please contact us.
2. How can i track delivery?
Once your order details are confirmed and payment is received, your product will be carefully prepared and sent immediately.
We will keep you updated with tracking information and provide you with tracking number.
3. Do i need to pay taxes and duties?
We ship products to the countries of the European Union, so you do not need to pay customs taxes and fees.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. What is your return policy?
From the moment of product receipt you have 14 days to initiate the return of product.
To initiate the return of product simply proceed to "Returns" and fill in the form.
The customer service process the returns within 10 days from the returned product arrival to the Partner.
2. How do i package item for return?
You should return the product carefully packed and fulfill the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used, modified or customized;
- The item's packaging must not show signs of use, scratches or scraps;
- The customer shall put inside the e-mail he received authorizing the the return or the Return form.
3. Will the costs of delivery, payment of fees and charges be reimbursed?
Shipping costs, fees and charges will no be refunded.
4. Can i cancel the order?
You can cancel the order at any time before order is paid.
